The Good Part
Six Ways to Not Leave the House
The best girls’ trips aren’t a list of reservations across three towns — they’re one great house and the good stuff brought to your door. These six are the ones worth building a weekend around. You book direct with each vendor — we’ll make the introduction and help you time it around your stay.

one
A Private Chef, In Your Kitchen
Somebody else shops, cooks a multi-course dinner, plates it, pours it, and does the dishes. You stay in the swimsuit cover-up. The 30A chef scene is deep — family-style seafood, Gulf Coast tasting menus, brunch boards with a mimosa bar.
Typically $90–$145 per person · book 3–4 weeks out

two
Pasta Night, But You Make It
A chef sets up at your kitchen island and walks the group through fresh pasta from scratch — ravioli, gnocchi, the sauce, the wine that goes with it. It’s dinner and it’s the entertainment, and everyone has flour on their hands by seven.
Around $100–$140 per person · 2–3 hours

three
Massage & Yoga Without Leaving
Therapists bring the tables to the house; instructors bring the mats to the sand. Sunrise flow on an empty beach, then a massage on the porch while half the house is still asleep. Mats, tarps and hot towels come with them.
Beach yoga from $150 for the group · massage from ~$140 each

four
An Enneagram Session
The one everybody talks about for the next year. A certified facilitator types the whole group and walks you through what it means — why she plans everything and you never answer texts. Usually run live on the porch, so there’s no travel fee.
Small-group workshops around $300 for 3–6 · about 3 hours

five
A Picnic Somebody Else Styled
Low tables on the sand, blankets, florals, string lights and real glassware — set up before you stroll down and struck after you leave. Or trade the tables for a beach bonfire when the group runs bigger. Either way, it’s the photo.
Two-hour setups sized for 2–6 · by inquiry — send the form early

six
Golden-Hour Group Photos
A professional meets you at the beach access at sunset and 45 minutes later the group photo problem is solved for a decade — everyone in it, nobody holding the phone. Book it for night one, before the tan lines get creative.
Group sessions from $600 for up to 10 · gallery back in days
We put together a running list of the chefs, instructors, photographers and picnic companies working on 30A right now — with phone numbers and real prices.

Everyone at one table, and nobody in the kitchen.
That’s the whole idea. Book the house, and we’ll help you fill in the rest of it.
Your Home Base
Houses With a Kitchen Worth Cooking In
A chef night needs counter space. A yoga session needs a deck or a lawn. Here are three of our homes that handle a group well — and there are plenty more where these came from.

Sleeps 12–14 • 5 King Suites
New Canal Lighthouse
Old Florida Beach (gated) • 5 BR / 5.5 BA • Community pool
👑 Five king suites · 🍳 Island seats 15 · 🏖 Private beach access
Built as a replica of the 1882 New Canal Lighthouse — and the kitchen island seats fifteen for dinner, which is the whole reason to book a chef night. Five king suites means nobody draws the short straw, and two separate living areas means the early risers don’t wake the rest.

Beachfront • Private Boardwalk
Reynolds House
Dune Allen Beach • 4 BR / 4.5 BA • Sleeps 11
🌅 Gulf views from every porch · 🛀 Outdoor shower · 🔥 Grill
Directly on the sand with your own boardwalk down to the beach — the massage-therapist-on-the-porch house. An extra-large back porch plus two upstairs balconies, two family rooms, and a stretch of Dune Allen with no high-rises in sight.

Private Pool • Hot Tub
Dune Allen Treehouse
Dune Allen Beach • 3 BR / 3 BA • Sleeps 8
🌅 Private pool & hot tub · 🔥 Fire pit · 🌳 Oyster Lake views
“Coastal charm with a mountain soul” — exposed cypress ceilings, porches over Oyster Lake, and a private pool and fire pit in a fenced yard. Two primary suites, a heated-pool option, and a short stroll over the bridge to the Gulf. The smaller-group house.
These are a few of our homes with room for a group — browse all 99 homes & condos, or call 850.267.2121 and we’ll pull the full list of what’s open for your dates.
How It Goes
How a Long Weekend Actually Goes
Thursday to Sunday, the way it usually shapes up. One good thing a day and a lot of porch — that’s the whole trick.
Thursday

Thursday, late afternoon
Everybody gets in
Whoever arrives first puts a grazing board on the counter. Unpacking can wait — go sit on the porch.

Thursday evening
Dinner, no decisions
Walk over to Gulf Place, or let a chef take the first night so nobody has to think after the drive.
Friday

Friday, early
Yoga on the sand
Your instructor meets you at the beach access with mats and tarps. An empty beach, and a decent chance of dolphins.

Friday, all day
The beach, and nothing else
Walk down, sit down. At a home with beach service, the chairs and umbrella are already waiting.

Friday evening
Pasta class at the island
A chef arrives with the dough, the wine and the plan. You roll ravioli, laugh at whoever’s is worst, and eat it together.
Saturday

Saturday afternoon
Massages on the porch
Tables in the shade, everyone else in the pool, and a rotation that runs itself while the afternoon goes by.

Saturday evening
The long dinner
The big one. Somebody else cooks, somebody else pours, and the table stays full long after the plates are cleared.

Saturday, late
The conversation that runs long
Fire pit or porch, and somebody brings up the Enneagram thing. This is the part everyone quotes back next year.
Sunday

Sunday morning
One more walk
Coffee, one last barefoot mile, and somebody already floating dates for next year before you’re out of the driveway.

Why Here
The Quiet End of 30A
You could do a girls’ trip anywhere. You do it on the west end of 30A because the sand is sugar-white quartz, the water is actually emerald, and there’s nobody on it.
- 🌊 3 out of 4 of our homes include private or deeded beach access — no circling for a public lot.
- 🌊 Many rentals include seasonal beach service — chairs and umbrella set up and waiting, March through October.
- 🌊 Rare coastal dune lakes, the Timpoochee bike trail, and roughly 50 public beach accesses along 26 miles of coast.
- 🌊 Gulf Place, Grayton and Blue Mountain are minutes away when you do want to leave — and a golf cart makes it easy.
The Math
It’s Closer Than the Group Chat Thinks
Everyone under one roof beats two hotel rooms and a lobby bar. You get a kitchen, a porch, and a door that closes — which is the difference between a weekend away and a weekend together.
Add code GIRLS20 to a Thursday–Sunday stay and there’s real room in the budget for the chef night.
And nobody has to fly. Everybody drives, and the drive is the beginning of the trip.
DRIVE TIME TO 30 A
Birmingham, AL: ~ 4hrs
New Orleans, LA: ~ 4hrs
Atlanta, GA: ~ 5hrs
Nashville, TN: ~ 6.5hrs
