Our Partner Course
Windswept Dunes
Seven hundred and fifty acres of rolling white-sand dunes in Freeport, barely a rooftop in sight — and the course our guests come back talking about.

It plays like a links course that wandered inland — wide, windswept, quiet, and seven thousand seven hundred and fifty yards from the tips if your ego insists. Play the right tees and it is one of the most enjoyable rounds on the Emerald Coast.
There is no resort clatter here and no houses crowding the fairways. Just dunes, pines, and a course that feels like a private club and welcomes absolutely everyone. It is the round the low-handicapper in your group will still be describing at dinner — and the one we point our golf guests to first. Guests of Dune Allen receive a 15% discount on their green fees. We’ll coordinate all the details with you!

The Heart of the Trip
The Sandestin Trio — 15 Minutes from Home

TOP-RATED PUBLIC ROUND
Raven Golf Club
Miramar Beach · ~15 min · 18 holes
The one to play if you play just one. A Robert Trent Jones Jr. design that hosted the Champions Tour, carved through pines and wetlands, famous for its island-green par-3 sixth. Worth every penny of the peak rate.

CLOSEST 18 TO HOME
The Links at Sandestin
Miramar Beach · ~15 min · 18 holes
Scottish links-style golf along Choctawhatchee Bay, just up the road — with water in play on 13 holes. Forgiving enough for the whole foursome, scenic enough for the group photo on the bay holes.
Price: $89–$119 public, cart included
Design: Tom Jackson
Book: Public window opens 14 days out
RENOVATED FAVORITE
Baytowne Golf Club
Miramar Beach · ~15 min · 18 holes
Sandestin’s crowd-pleaser winds between the bay and the beach with generous fairways and quick greens — 4.5 stars in Golf Digest’s Places to Play after its renovation. A step up in polish without a step up in price.
Rating: ★ 4.5 Golf Digest Places to Play
Price: $99–$119 public, cart included
Book: Public window opens 14 days out
Sandestin math: all three share one campus, so a 36-hole day (Links in the morning, Raven after lunch) never puts you more than a quarter hour from the beach crew.

Three Golf Trips, Three Very Different Weekends
You do not need all ten courses. Pick the trip that sounds like your group and build from there — every course below is on this page with a booking link.
The Buddies Trip
Two big rounds, one big house. Windswept Dunes Friday on 750 acres of dunes, Raven Saturday the moment the 14-day window opens, and the twilight nine at Emerald Bay when somebody says $59 out loud. Grill night both nights, scorecards on the fridge.
The Family Trip
One real round for the golfers — The Links or Baytowne, fifteen minutes away — and one everybody-plays afternoon at Origins, ten par 3s the kids can actually finish. The rest is beach, and that is the point.
The Value Run
Maximum golf per dollar: the $59 twilight at Emerald Bay, 36 holes in a day at Fort Walton Beach GC, and one proper splurge at Windswept Dunes, where $140 feels like double that. Three days, four rounds, no regrets.
Whichever one you pick, call us and we will help with the order of operations — which tee sheets open 14 days out, which courses to book first, and which twilight windows fit around the beach. 850.267.2121
