Perfect Location and A Great Value!

"We loved being able to sit out on the back deck in the evening, enjoying our dinner and watching the sunrise right next the surf. The house has all the basics and everything worked well. The proximity to the restaurants and shops - walking distance - was perfect for our stay. We have also selected numerous Dune Allen Realty properties over the years and have always been happy with our interaction with them. One improvement I could suggest is having more storage containers - we had to improvise with food cartons from our grocery shopping to make it work. We loved the private drive - although the home sits in near neighboring homes, it felt very private. Caution for those driving a bigger vehicle: maneuvering in the private drive is a little tight, even for an our mid-size car. Delivery services had difficulties exiting after entering the private drive. Overall though, a great value given the location right on the water.

"The house was as advertised. Very private location within an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Beach was really private and we had no one around. Loved the stay! It was perfect for our family of 4 and we will be back.

What A View & Private Beach!!

"If you are looking for an amazing view and a private beach while keeping it simple --- then this is for you!!

First, Dunne Allen (Shari) was fantastic to work with as she provided transparent information and was very responsive to various questions and requests.

As for Antiqua - the view and the private beach are as good as any house on the entire strip! It is nothing short of spectacular as well as we saw dolphins swimming across the beach in the mornings... Walk out the back door and on the beach in 45 seconds and back to the house if you forget or need something...

Location to town - an easy 5 minute walk. Actually perfect from being far enough away from the noise and crowd and close enough for an easy walk...

House - you must want simple. It's not big or fancy. There are some basic things it needs such as more/bigger pots for cooking and no storage containers so you will need to bring that depending on what you're doing. The AC was great which was nice on those hot summer days. Again the furnishings are simple which was fine for us and plenty of space for parking 3 vehicles...

Overall -- for the money not sure you will find a better deal that offers beachfront with this view and a private beach! If you look 200 yards either way it is the typical crowded 2 feet between every person public access where here you have plenty of space...
