Many returning guests reserve the Dune 1 Townhomes year after year – it’s a tradition for some that started years ago. With incomparable gulf views, a beachside pool, and a private boardwalk to the beach, it’s no wonder that guests consider this special place at the beach their second home. Nested on Dune Allen Beach, Dune 1 has 14 gulf front townhomes. First floor features include the kitchen, the living room, the dining area, and screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor with gulf front master suites and a full balcony. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Your family, like so many others, will make memories that last a lifetime.

so close to exceptional.....

"We have been renting this townhouse for roughly 20 years and we love it.
BUT it is very aggravating that the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have NO FURNITURE other than beds and night stands. For a $7000 weekly rental, it would be nice to have a dresser or maybe some shelves in the closet and not have to live out of your suitcase..... otherwise, A+

"Loved the close access to the beach. Condo was clean how paint was peeling in the master bedroom. Other than that great place and would definitely rent again in the future

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation

"This condo was perfect for our grandparents trip with our 14, 6 and 4 yr old grandchildren. The beach is right outside the door so beach trips are stress free. Because it’s next to a public beach, there is a lifeguard on duty which was great for the red flag days especially. There is a small pool right outside the unit which we all enjoyed and was a gathering place for the little ones to meet new friends. Stinky’s Bait Shop across the street is a plus as is the ample parking. Loved this unit. Would happily stay again.

Wonderful week at Dune 1 townhomes #4

"This is is the 6th or 7th time we have stayed at the Dune 1 townhomes and it is the best. The location cannot be beat. Dune Allen realty is easy to work with and this unit was perfect. Can’t wait to come back again soon!
