Greek Treat IS the total vacation package. This 5-bedroom, 5 bath beach house has a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, 2nd floor balconies with beautiful gulf views, a large, open dining/kitchen/living area, inside and outside dining options, 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, and is only 100 steps to the beach boardwalk!

Located in the private, gated community of Sunrise Beach, you’re strategically situated between groovy Gulf Place Town Center and laid-back Blue Mountain Beach. So, rent bikes for the family, and hit the trail. You’ll enjoy lunching at any of our locally owned cafes and restaurants. La Loba’s Bakery and Café is a local’s favorite, as well as Johnny McTighe’s Irish Pub, both located in Blue Mountain Beach. Pizza by the Sea located in Gulf Place serves yummy thin crust pizza, and is also very kid friendly.

After exploring 30A eating, drinking, and shopping, playing in the pool, and riding waves in the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico, fire up the gas grill and prepare some fresh caught gulf seafood. After dinner, you can retire to the porch swing to reflect on the day’s events. These are the days memories are made of . . .

"My now wife and my friends stayed at the Greek treat before and after our wedding on 30a. It was an amazing location with a kitchen and rooms that could house an army. It was a great house and if anyone needs room for 12 guests I never once felt cramped. 5/5

"We absolutely love the house and the location. The living room & kitchen area (the remodeled part) is fantastic. I think the upkeep/smaller maintenance items could be better. One of the shower bathtubs was clogged that we had to call the management company to come and fix. The larger master bedroom on the second floor had a bed is so rickety that when you rolled over the whole bed would shake. All of the mattresses throughout the house seemed to be on the older side. There were no extra pillows on the beds. No hangers in the closets. The fans on the third floor do not have remotes and that is the hottest area of the house. Lastly the showers on the second floor are slick and even more slick when you add soap. Once again, we love this house and why this is was our second stay in it. Hopefully this is more helpful than critical.

"The Greek Treat is truly an exceptional property with the location and the amenities. The kitchen was organized and had everything you would need and more for your convivence. The GT was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The pool was perfect for my grandson to enjoy after the beach! The beach was a short walk and the chairs and umbrellas that were included were a nice amenity. Would definitely recommend this GT!!!

Wonderful Beach House Vacation

"Great stay. Everything went smoothly from booking to checkout. Had a minor issue and called Dune Allen. Maintenance person was on site in 10 minutes. Wonderful house was plenty roomy for our family of 9. Will be booking next year soon.
