The main level great room has a wall of glass doors that frame the turquoise waves perfectly. Everything about this room is light, open, and airy, allowing the beautiful beach to take center stage. There is a comfy sofa and armchairs to relax on, plus a large HDTV for hosting a movie night in with the whole family. Next to the living space, there’s a formal dining area with seating for six.

A casual bar with more seating leads into the fully updated kitchen. Here, clean white cabinets and gleaming white quartz countertops surround the premier appliances, including an electric range, a microwave, a spacious refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A mosaic tile backsplash, open shelving, and a tropical ceiling fan add a stylish touch.

Climb the stairs to the first of four private and relaxing bedrooms. Here, there’s a King-size bed, HDTV, balcony access with ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The next bedroom is a fun bunk room with a twin-over-Queen-size bunk bed. The primary bedroom suite is a luxurious and calming retreat, complete with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a large attached spa bathroom with a step-in shower. The fourth and final bedroom houses two twin-size beds.

Outside, 30A Peace of Paradise offers plenty of sun-kissed, gulf-front deck space both upstairs and downstairs. Take your morning mug of freshly-brewed coffee or your evening glass of wine outside to relax in one of the lounge chairs and watch the waves. It’s so lovely that you may find you spend most of your time out here. Then, when it’s time to hit the beach, you simply walk down a few steps and you’re there. It simply doesn’t get more effortless than that.

Extras at 30A Peace of Paradise include a full-size washer and dryer plus a convenient elevator for accessing the upper floors.
