Classic, contemporary, captivating. 30A Pelican Watch is a modern three-bedroom duplex that sits directly on the shores of serene Oyster Lake. With lake views and Gulf views, this magnificent oasis allows for total enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty. Plus, the interior was designed specifically to capture the laid-back, luxurious vibe that 30A is famous for. The lovely outdoor lounge areas, with swimming pool place 30A Pelican Watch in the top tier of truly stunning South Walton homes.

Wide open and welcoming, the main level of 30A Pelican Watch features a lovely living and dining area with unobstructed lakefront views. You can choose to relax on the screened-in porch or dine at the spacious open-air dining table. Outside, the sparkling swimming pool can be heated at your request. Or take a stroll down to the lake and out to the private dock, where you can fish with ease. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off before heading back inside.

Upstairs, the main living area features elegant black leather furniture that sits on classic blonde wood floors. A large HDTV lets your whole group gather for your favorite TV show or movie. Next to the living area is the open kitchen and dining room. The dining space has formal seating for eight, plus there are four bar stools at the nearby kitchen island. The gourmet kitchen is a striking, ultra-stylish mix of crisp white cabinets and matte black quartz countertops and appliances. Glass French doors lead outside to the second-floor balcony that offers more dining and lounging space, as well as gorgeous lake views.

The first of three bedrooms is a luxurious suite, with a luxe king-size bed and mounted HDTV. In the ensuite bathroom, there’s a double vanity and a step-in shower with elegant tile detail. The second bedroom is also a king suite, with a full ensuite bathroom and a door leading outside to the lakefront balcony. A third bedroom is another bedroom is also a king suite, with a full ensuite bathroom. Another living area includes a custom sectional and HDTV.

With such easy lake access and gorgeous views, it’s easy to want to spend your entire holiday at home! But when it’s time for a day at the beach or a romantic dinner in town, the beach access is a short stroll away and the fun of Gulf Place is only one mile from your front door.

Beautiful House but bare

"The house is brand new. It still smells news but it is bare. It would be absolutely perfect if it had salt and pepper, a few spices and some oil. There are zero beach items. We fly to 30A so we can not pack beach items. A couple beach chairs, an umbrella and a little cooler is all that is needed to make it perfect. The owners, we believe, were at the house attached to it and it felt weird. Then we felt as if we were invading on their space because it is their home. It would be nice to have the ability to connect to home bluetooth speakers. So bring a speaker if you want music by the pool or playing cards in the outdoor spaces. There is a space on the second floor with nice comfy furniture and gorgeous dinning room table that is a beautiful space to hang out. It was raining when we were there so we played cards, dominos and ate in the space it was gorgeous. Again it would have been perfect to have a music hooked up to speaker. Being tucked away with the trees felt secluded and cozy and the drive with golf cart to beach and restaurants are really close. My boys fished off the dock and did catch fish. We enjoyed our time but we are undecided if we will come back to this space.

"We had an amazing vacation at Pelican Watch, and we highly recommend it! The kids absolutely loved splashing in the pool, while the adults relaxed on the beautiful outdoor and indoor patios. "This is our 2nd time renting 30A Pelican Watch. The house was great again. Everything was clean and the house is very quiet, with great lake views and a short golf cart or bike ride to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook in. There are great outdoor spaces at the house. I would advise using a beach access other than the one directly across from Dune Allen realty because the public space is limited, but the access just to the west has much more space.
