"We have stayed in this building, in various units, for the past few years, but this is our first year on the first floor and we were worried that we would miss the 3rd floor view. We worried for nothing. The accommodations were great and the view just as spectacular as upper floors. Our ONLY suggestion is a lounger on the patio or an ottoman for the chairs, and a table of some sort.

"Enjoyed being right on the beach. Beds were comfortable. Could use some better pots and pans for cooking as well as some sharp knives (there were planty but none of them sharp). 2nd bathroom switches and not wired correctly (have to have them set in right order for lights to come on). Also, faucet in this bathroom leaks if being used. The kitchen faucet is loose. Overall, had a great time and will use again sometime.
