"In my 15 years of visiting 30A this is the best location with easy access to the best restaurants and shopping. This is an older unit but it is clean and functional and located in a quiet and no traffic area within a 3 minute walk to the beach. The unit has a roof top deck with views of the lake and the beach and a rear deck nestled in the trees.
