Located in the exclusive Sunrise Beach community, guests enjoy access to a private, less crowded beach, reserved only for owners and guests.

Just outside the gate, you’re a short walk or bike ride to Gulf Place and local favorites like Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig, Shelby’s Beach Bar & Grill, and Growler Garage 30A, along with coffee shops, boutiques, and live music.

Beach Service Included (Seasonal)

Enjoy complimentary beach setup provided daily from March 1 – October 31, including:

* 4 Beach Chairs
* 2 Umbrellas

Set up each morning by beach service—just arrive and relax.

**Guests are welcome to bring personal chairs; however, per community guidelines, for every 1 umbrella rented through the beach vendor, up to 2 personal chairs may be set up alongside it.**
