Welcome to Dolphins & Dunes, a charming, Old Florida–inspired retreat in the Serenity at Dune Allen neighborhood of Santa Rosa Beach. With three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and inviting spaces to gather indoors and out, this home offers a relaxing getaway along the western end of Scenic 30A.

Spend your days on the sugar-white sand, enjoy the community pool just steps from the home, or explore nearby shopping and dining at Gulf Place. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Dolphins & Dunes makes it easy to settle into beach life.

Gather and Unwind
The first floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area, giving everyone room to relax while staying connected. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, with three additional seats at the kitchen island.
The spacious first-floor primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a half bathroom, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer add convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second king suite with a private bathroom, a bunk room with its own private bathroom, and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. Step onto the second-floor balcony to enjoy views of the dunes and Gulf.

Second Floor:
•    Guest suite: King bed and private bathroom
•    Bunk room: Twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, and private bathroom

Enjoy the Outdoors
Start your morning on the front porch or unwind on the upstairs balcony, each with seating for four. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the gas grill for a relaxed family cookout.
Beach Access and Location
Nearby Dune Allen Regional Beach Access offers convenient amenities, including parking, restrooms, showers, and an accessible ramp. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk, a 3–4-minute bike ride, or a 2–3-minute golf cart ride from the home.

Stinky’s Fish Camp, Gulf Place Town Center, and local coffee shops are also nearby, offering plenty of options for dining, shopping, and exploring 30A.

A six-passenger golf cart is available for an additional charge. Please inquire about pricing and availability at the time of booking. Golf cart use requires a signed waiver, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. Guests are responsible for damage, towing costs, misuse, or negligence.

Starter Supplies
An initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, two dishwasher pods, and two laundry pods is provided. These supplies are intended to cover your first 24–48 hours; please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

We recommend bringing beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent, coffee and coffee filters, and any additional toiletries or household supplies you may need.
