Located right next to the popular Allen Loop Bike Path, you’ll be far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet still super close to the beach access point and all the fun activities of South Walton.
Featuring four private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, multiple outdoor lounging spots, a convenient outdoor shower, tons of parking, and so much more, this spacious group hideaway home has space for 10 people and is pet-friendly, too.
The interior has recently been remodeled, with a gorgeous modern kitchen that’s stocked with cooking supplies and has lots of comfy seating for when you’re dining in. There’s also a kitchenette area with a coffee maker and mini-fridge, plus two laundry areas.
The way the home is thoughtfully laid out (with a first floor featuring two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and an outdoor lounge, then a second floor with two more bedrooms, a living area, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor deck) makes it perfect for two families traveling together or groups with inlaws or older children who crave a smidge more privacy.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with ultra-comfortable beds of all different sizes (including a kid’s bunk room with two twin-over-full-size bunk beds) plus each bedroom has its own flatscreen HDTV. The living space also has a large HDTV that’s perfect for family movie nights at home or catching the big game.
As we mentioned earlier, the location of Dune Treat is what makes this home shine. The charming exterior is welcoming and inviting, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Dune Treat is perfect for those travelers who don’t want to be right in the middle of everything, yet still want easy access to the local attractions and beautiful beaches.
The Dune Allen Beach access point is only an easy 2-minute stroll away, comes with a golf cart ( 6 Seater) to make it easy to get around.
